Import Characters into AGS 3.1.2

Hi

I have just download the v3.1.2 SP1 version...  it only has 1 character.. my old version had tons but wont import into latest version...Has anyone got a link to where i can download some characters for the new AGS version???

I just tried exporting a character from 2.6.2, then importing it into 3.1.2 SP1. As expected, it worked just fine.
Which version exactly is your old one?

It appears that it can't import some characters...it cant import max.... one of my favourites

Just to make sure, was the old game in V2.6x you used to export the characters using the same colour depth as your new one in V3.1x?

Further if you're having problems importing anything from 2.62 into 3.0+ it might be worthwhile to perhaps try importing it into an in-between version. For example it should import into 2.72 fine unless the file itself has somehow become corrupted. I'm not sure if anything has even changed in this area (Khris says it worked fine from 2.62 to 3.1.2), but again it might be worth a shot.
