Are there any Wikipedia editors on the forum? I'm asking because their articles on ATOTK and Crystal Shard are not in very good shape.

While I could edit them myself, doing so violates Wikipedia policy on conflict of interest. So perhaps somebody here could help me out? You can take a lot of information from our website, as long as you don't copy/paste it (because of Wikipedia's copyright policy). Also, both articles need sourcing; Google should be able to locate a bunch. We've also been reviewed in PC Zone, GamePro, Games for Windows, and DragonScroll magazines, as well as Locomotion Films TV; however, Wikipedia seems to prefer online sources.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I had a go at it. I had some spare time, although I didn't add too much, just sort of cleaned it up a bit. Was also my first time editing Wikipedia, so don't kill me if I didn't follow protocol :D

Well, it's a good start. Thanks!

Wikipedia is full of nothing but a bunch of elitist pricks who feel that they have the right to decide what is worthy of Wikipedia and what isn't.

Sorry, but of the few edits I've attempted to make, most of them have been reverted/deleted despite attempts at matching the formatting of the article, citing sources, citing Wikipedia's rules, etc. It's left somewhat of a bitter taste in my mouth.

Although I was able to successfully update the information regarding the origins of Guybrush Threepwood's name which had been long-standing on a misinformed post at The Scumm Bar. :=

Sorry, I haven't played the game (sorry!). I gathered what I could from various sources. Maybe you could rewrite the plot synopsis? I'm sure that would be fine with wikipedia, I mean how subjective could you get haha.

Well, that's neither here or there, but in my experience, if you can cite a statement about a game (to something other than the author of that game) then they'll keep it; ditto for books, films, etc. And they seem to be pretty strict about conflicts of interest, which is understandable: it's quite easy to write a glowing and biased review of my own garage band that nobody else has heard of - which is why I'm asking outside help.

Just look at this list and you'll see that plenty of AGS games have a stable Wikipedia page.
