I've successfully moved all my stuff into m0ds' attic.  After all the weeks I've been stalking and spying on him, I've never seen him go in there.  Strange, the ceiling is moving.  Oh, there is a sign on the wall.  "Ceiling Compactor Room."  Crap, the door is locked.  Well, my plans have fallen flat, I think.  Heh, fallen flat.  Get it?  Fallen...flat... *crunch*

Woke up early, due to the jetlag.

Washed all my clothes, yay.

Bought breakfast, ate it.

Went downtown to meet my mother and sister, it was swell. Me and my sister discussed starting recording some songs, as she is willing to do the singing to some of my creations.

Had some soup down at the big market hall with a friend of mine.
We discussed the usual stuff; appartments, women and some philosophy.

Went home, tired. Saved the india-photos and published some of them on the forums.

Recieved an email from some people at the design school that were doing a computer-game about fire protection for children. They said my competence was not what they had been looking for.
Suckers; they couldn't find anyone more competent for such a project in this whole town. Well, it's their loss.

Texted a girl asking her out on friday. There's no time to waste here.

Wrote this.

Am going to bed early tonight.

OsUltimos Journal: Entry #3

Started putting stuff (porn, games, music, porn...) onto CD's so I have more space on my computer... realise that I have alot of music... and an absolute shitload of porn.

Practiced guitar today, when I was in the mood, I have been trying to get the lead from 'Breadfan" (As origanilly performed by Budgie) down for like 8 weeks now and I still am having troubles..only 12 more weeks to learn it.  ;D

TheYak

Read the spanish guy's entry and decided I ought to do the same.  Some 10 gigs of music and 60 gigs of various show downloads.. way too many episodes of Invader Zim, The Tick, Mr. Show, Celeb Jeopardy, and miscellaneous Adult Swim features.  Ye gods.

Thinking about the thread and the fact that it's not quite as mobile as we were led to believe.

Tonight i tried going online, but woops, all of a sudden my DSL decided to stop working on me. Well, i spent about an hour and a half on the phone talking to tech support trying to find out what the heck was going on. I guess my computer magically decided to get rid of some important files that i needed to log on.

Well, to make a long story short. I just reinstalled Win 98 and then made a few adjustments, and Viola, back online.

What a pain in the butt this was. I guess i will encounter this many times on my broadband adventures.

Had to go to a floor meeting today. Apparently, a cult has sprung up around this one guy Dwayne, and "Dwayne Dwayne Lord of the Dance" and "What Would Dwayne Do?" has started to magically appear on walls all over the building.  If it wasn't cleaned off by 12 noon today, the whole floor would get charged  >:( I personally cleaned out the elevators last night, and I didn't even do it.  But I get back from class today, only to see "DWAYNE IS LOVE!" written in black permanent marker on the elevator walls.  Sometimes I hate people.

Also, for bizzare and unknown reasons, I thought it was Tuesday today.  Therefore, I went to my English Literature class, which isn't today at all.

On the plus side, I'm going to go see The Producers in a couple of weeks. Yay!

Finally, thought about YakSpit's post, and realized M0ds is probably just waiting for us to get addicted before moving the thread around- or he forgot.

I cleaned my house, read these forums too much, and hung out with my kids today...

Whilst driving home from work to prepare to move house at the weekend, my trusty tapemobile broke down on me. The recovery guy offered to tow me home for 100 pounds, so I politely declined his offer and instead hobbled to the nearest vehicular repair garage, where my automobile must now sit until Monday when the replacement part arrives.

My house-moving plans scuppered, I got the public transportation back home, had a good old chuckle about the day's events, then logged into the electrical interweb from my computer on the floor (my desk having been moved out the previous day) and bored a forum-full of people witless with the tale of my day.

TheYak

Determined to have plans for the weekend, I made several. I had to decline later offers due to my schedule being slammed.  Every plan I made fell through, so it's a quiet reading, forum & drawing night fer me. Woohoo.

Today at work we had a pizza party for my birthday (Feb. 6th), other than that, not much. Still waiting for the birthday cards full of cash to arrive in my mailbox.

Got my taxes back, went and bought some crap to maintain my car (new battery, oil, and some crazy gasket and filter for the transmission of my car) then realized that I was not a mechanic....but it worked, so hell....

Went and purchased "The command and conquer collection" which is like a kajillion cd's of command and conquer for $20...Pretty fun so far...

And...I cleaned my house again...bah...

I'm still waiting for this thread to move.

Todays events included going to my fathers house for lunch and then getting lectured so i stormed out and drove home. That was alot of fun. Well, not really.  I guess he'll be mad at me for awhile, but my Dad will get over it.

Now doesn't that sound like a fun day?

My stepmother was about to give me my birthday gift which was in a nice shiny bag, but i told her to keep it, and she got pissed off with me. Well, it was probably clothes anyways.  :(

So this sums up how i feel right now  :'(

Reminds me of four or five of my birthdays, and a couple of Christmases. Sorry BuffaloGamer.

Today I realized that if I don't want to fail miserably at Physics, Calculus, Chemistry, CAD, and Programming, I'm going to need to do a lot more studying and a lot less forum-posting. Taking 17 hours of moderately difficult courses wasn't terribly smart.
Once I killed a man. His name was Mario, I think. His brother Luigi was upset at first, but adamant to continue on the adventure that they started together.

i ordered extended two towers and fellowship the otherday, its sitting at the post office waiting to be collected..... bastards
When I was a little kid we had a sand box. It was a quicksand box. I was an only child... eventually.

I woke up feeling atrocious, I went to school  and stayed fpr 2 periods, but I left sick quite soon because I was nearly fainting. I had to walk home because mum was on teh net and I couldn't call her.I've been listening to anime Mp3s all day after that. They make me feel all light and happy.

I wanna die!

edit: chicken, saing over and out is like saying "come here fuck off" :p

NANANANANANA ASSHOLE!

DragonRose

I know exactly how Femme feels.

Woke up this morning in severe achyness, not really able to speak.

Missed my first class, drank some iced tea.

Went to the library to research Madame de Stael, drank more iced tea.

Had lunch (chinese food and even MORE iced tea) and went to film class, spent more time drawing Celtic knots than taking notes.

Came back home, missed a phone call because my answering machine won't let me answer the phone while it's recording.

Read Chicken's entry and wondered what it means to "pull" a girl.  I've honestly never heard that expression before.

I got that C64 emulator that Goldmund mentioned and got some of the games that I used to play as a kid, Pitfall, Pitfall 2, Wizard of Wor, Load Runner, Choplifter, Skate or Die, Decathlon & more. I still actually have these games and the C64, but it's easier & faster to d/l than to actually bother hooking it up. Thanks Goldmund.

It's also the anniversary of that day 28 years ago I decided that it was getting pretty cramped in here, so I best get out and start breathing air, little did I know that it would be like this.

I'm also going to an ex-girlfriends wedding on saturday (valentines day [too bloody romantic{*vomits here}]) we've been pretty good friends for the last 10 years or so, It will be a good party.

Thinking a bit about upcoming v-day recently.  Self-proclaimed realism, observer-proclaimed bitterness.  Screw it, either way. Another corporate holiday. Thank you Hallmark for your trite cardboardy goodies.  Thank you See's Candies for you overpriced amateur confections. Thank you jewelers for taking great panes to announce that you're still selling your merchandise.  I'm encouraging friends & family not to buy into more capitalist crap.  Not that am anti-capitalist but I think we practice it enough throughout the year that holidays ought to be purchase-free when plausible.  Cook your sweetheart a meal, turn off the TV, unplug the phone, turn off your cellphone.  Eat a meal in quiet intimacy, take a stroll, take a drive, do something you can enjoy together that you don't normally do.  Go rollerskating. Don't go to the movies, do something where you can see each other and possibly converse.  If you're in a 10 year-old relationship and things are stale, take this one day to show each other that you appreciate one another.  Alright, enough preaching. I'm just sick of seeing holidays loom on the horizon, knowing that you can fulfill your duty with a card & gift certificate.

In other news, Monday sucked. Top it off by a co-worker and myself each receiving death threats.  Threats by different people for unrelated events. Odd.  For my part, I've been threatened with a stabbing.  Threatened to make sure I bleed on him, ruining his clothes.  If I've got time, I'll dip a finger in my blood and write "F.U." on his shirt.
