Hay. Yes, I AM gradually coming back  := Anyway, I remember seeing a program to cut up sprites quite long ago. It was used for sprites like this: http://sprites.fireball20xl.com/NSA/Sheets/kirbynmid.gif

The tool did the job seperating each one of the sprites. Would spare some time in AGS, as well..
I'd appreciate it if anyone could remember, or are still using this tool - and tell me ;)

Thanks.

Well Im pretty sure that you can just do it straight off in AGS as well.
If you import the sprite sheet of all the kirby's, then instead of clicking
'Grab entire image', select the part you need.

Hope this helped...

I tried searching for a program to split an image up a while ago, I couldn't find a decent one, only free one I found put an ugly notice in the top corner

Why not just use "tiled sprite import" in AGS?

Look at the image - it's not regularly spaced.

It shouldn't be hard doing it in a paint program like the GIMP if you turn on the grid feature.
