The Dark Trial demo is now available

The Dark Trial is a new PilczStudios game, that takes place in Hell.

The Story:

Hilia Derole got a chance to become a real angel, but he must complete a trial:
He must reach the very depths of Hell, and have to look into the Mirror of Souls....

This is just a demo version containing the first three rooms.
The game made by my brother Kalyber.

Rocks. Actually, don't know much more to say. It seems to be a well though-out game and much dedication seems to have flown in it. Quite different to the atmosphere of Norbi's Quests, but you can see the same handwriting. It feels similar in the approach. Well, okay, I only played it for one minute so far, so can't tell much then, except that I'm impressed. Definately tops what I have expected.

Oh, out of curiosity, how big will this game get? You already can play 3 chapter in the demo, in my imagination the full game must be quite huge then.

In this demo you can only play the first 3 rooms. So it's a quite short demo.
The whole game will be much bigger. 
The demo contains only the Nomansland between Heaven and Hell.
The most of the game will take place in hell.

Screenshots remind me of that Robin Williams' movie - What Dreams May Come. Similar conception of hell.

Ok...This game looks AMAZING, I am playing the DEMO right now and I must say, everything looks GREAT  :o, The Gui, the Backgrounds, The main character, the music...and I really like the story so far..
Thank you for this game, I'll make some suggestions after finishing the DEMO if there is something bad to say...

There are some minor spell problems, like when you use the hand icon in the pile of rocks, or the hand in the fountain (not a spoiler)..

I picked the mushroom (several times) and fed it to the rat. You can put the mushroom in the mouth or onto the decaying log. Anyway, I can't catch the rat. The coin: probably we have to separate it from the stone? I can also put it in the mouth, but without the chain, the machine cannot be startet.

I used the mushroom with the mouth, the decoyed wood, and the stone at the first room, the only thing that seems to be working is using the mushroom with the mouth, because by doing it the "fat" rat appears and stays at the bottom right of the screen, should I do something with it?..I only have the twig, the key, the coin with the stone, and the mushroom, am I missing an item?

I'm having trouble downloading the english translation version.  It says that it is unable to load room 12.  It says that I should make sure that it's in the right subfolder, but I'm pretty sure it is.  It also said to contact chris if the problem persists, but I thought I'd ask you first.

Actually, I did dowloaded that 2 days ago and it runs fine.

Perhaps, it is yipshi server or settings.
