I need help... with everything!

I have an idea for a game, but I don't know anything about scripting, making GUI's, even making proper items, they all are screwed up with that transparent option (DAMN YOU CJ!) I have made all my characters and items, but I don't know how to make proper backgrounds. I made a Metallica Background for my Metallica game and it has the old Met logo. The characters are my biggest issue. I don't know how to animate them, all I can do is just make them talk and that's it. If you don't understand what I'm talking about here it is in spaced lines.

I'm having trouble with this AGS thing, can you make a version for beginners, like for example:

"Easy Scripting"

"Video Tutorial"

"Step-by-Step: A Noob Version for Beginners"

Something that I can comply with. You know, a version without:

"Complicated Scripting"

"Hard to Make GUI's"

"Transparent Option"

"DO-IT-BY-YOURSELF"

"Hard to Understand Help Files"

I'm sorry, but I'm not that much of a scripting, GUI, transparent, do-it-by-yourself guy. Please make a noob version, as I am very new to this. Thank you.
