Soft, Gooey, Delicious.

Long ago in a galaxy far, far away I made a game. Apparently someone (SedrynTyros) is looking for it. It can be found here...

Is there anyone who is trying to collect all/most of AGS games that were made until now?
I'm really curious. I've got a small collection myself on the last HD, but I don't think I'm even near the number it could be with Amateur adventure games.

I am. And the result, plus the things that were behind my time and were still hosted, is up on the bycicle-for-slugs page.

what the hell?

GameSeek is just the name of this thread?   I thought it was crappy program someone was working on or something. Bleh.

Does anyone happen to have the demo of Sibylla: The Mourning Land? The AGS games archive doesn't have it, it's not added to the games page, the GiP-thread doesn't exist anymore and the link on the creator's website doesn't work anymore.

Sorry mate. It was long since I misplaced the demo itself, not to mention the source-code, with roughly fifteen rooms and heaps of scripting.

Pet Terry

Ah, okay. No worries. I just suddenly remembered liking the demo back when it came out and thought if it was still up somewhere.

I know someone already asked about this a while back, but just in case the situation has changed or someone's run across it--anyone have a copy of Harrys [sic] Strange Day, by any chance?

By the way, on the other hand, I do happen to have a copy of a game that someone was asking about that isn't on the bicycle-for-slugs page--DROI0.  If anyone still wants it, I'd be happy to e-mail it to them--and I can send Rui a copy for the bicycle-for-slugs archive, too, if he wants.  Although I should warn anyone who's been looking for the game that you really haven't been missing much.  It's a very monotonous game, with very little to do, and what little there is to do doesn't make much sense, and the game's so riddled with bugs you can't do it anyway.  (On the plus side, the game does have Debug mode left on, so you can teleport between rooms and get some idea for how it was supposed to have worked.)  All in all, it's pretty much unplayable, and one of the worst AGS games I've seen (and I've played the majority of the games listed on the AGS games page, so I have a pretty firm basis for comparison).  Still, if you want to have the game just for completeness' sake, or something, like I said I can send you a copy.

Hi guys,

Has anyone got a link to "Scythe Island"? See http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=384
The file's hosted by Angelfire, but they don't allow deep linking so I can't get to it. Thanks in advance!

Ubel

DutchMarco: You can get it by copying and pasteing the download link into your browser:

Thanks Pablo, I got to the website by going to the website http://www.angelfire.com/dragon2/prefontaine/ then I started downloading the file from there. The screenshots look nice, let's hope the game is just as good!
