Tx everybody for the feedbacks.
I fixed the loss of interface issues + the right-click + the typo in the tv.
EDIT : New link in the first post.

I hope there's at least one yak in this game...  ;D

I tried! CaptainD I tried! But no Yak in this game. :(

Hey, dan, I just want to show you my love to anything you do for no apparent reason. Also I am downloading and hoping for Blade Runner references.

You won't have any! I stick to the Zak style of humor. Which was difficult like hell . (My tastes in humor were way more darker and politics than the game can afford without losing the taste).

Chris : Please update your site and remove my old screenies from it. I can't stand watching them - it hurts.

Tiny typo:  The Demo stop with this street = The Demo stops with this street

bug:
NSFAW-door issue:
Spoiler
Use window to get outside.
Walk to the stairs and 'open door', you get the message 'you're locked outside'. You must use the doorbell to be able to get in.
Now 'walk to door'
Most of the times you can enter the building while the door is closed by walking right through it and ending up inside.
But sometimes zack walks through the door while you don't switch to the next room. Clicking on the stairs will bring Zack back.

It depends on the politics - I like the game precisely because of its political message. Small "p" - not party politics, but David Fox's views on how the world should be run infuse everything he does. Zak has the strongest message of any game I've played, strong because it doesn't hit you over the head with the message, but it's everywhere. But yes, it is the opposite of dark.

Are you OK if I move them to a "not in the finished game" section? The whole point of the site is to be an archive of things that would otherwise be lost. Such as early abandoned versions of fan games. I like the early art BTW (the later stuff if cool too)

Sure, go ahead. It just hurts when I look at the original font, the old crop circles and the badly downsizes Zak :)

Arjon : tx for the bugs. This game is still very buggy. But don't worry, I'll fix them before release, some of my bigest bugs took 2-3 hours in average to fix. Because of the variable nightmare. And I need to get through 3-4 rooms before testing. That's also the reason why The demo don't let the cellphone works. (At least I hope) :D

That variable spaghetti nightmare does make bug-fixing a nightmare....
And oh: no, the cellphone doesn't work  ;)

Can't wait to see more of this project Dan.

b.t.w: once in beta and in need of testers: count me in  :)

Tx for the good words. Don't worry you were already in because of your testing resume. I probably just forgot to mail you. :D

Thanks! That's one of the things who make the production so long. By example Ain't no satisfaying way to implement costumes in AGS. So here the 34 different views for Zak alone... Geeeee.

It's looking good, Dan.  About time you finished this thing!

Some random comments,

* I like the artwork.
* Please put in keyboard shortcuts. All LucasArts games had keyboard shortcuts, which made them much easier to control.
* Aren't Zak and Annie supposed to be dating after the first game?
* The right door in the second room makes a weird noise when you enter, and then you step outside again. Is this a shower?

Tx for the feedback. Yeah, the keyboard shortcut is on the to-do list amongs other things. The Game is set 20 years after the 1st. That's shown on the Newspaper splash part of the intro. (Still need to get spellchecked before I re-resize them and  re-recode them). For the left door : it's a washroom! what else?

Hi, I love the demo it's great, reminds me when I was 12.
I'm stuck in the game though. Is there any way to open the grate in the basement?
I push the swivels but I still can't open the grate. Seems like I tried everything in my inventory to open it !
Any clue? thanks ;)
