During one of my travels to Africa, I came across a peculiar tribe of natives. The tribe's elder had a decorated staff, which he claimed had "big spirit magic" in it - and whenever he shook it, the entire tribe all fell silent in fear.
It was long ago, but I do remember it had this shape :

The Rules:
*Curve your own spiritual staff, and decorate it with whatever you see fit.
*No colour limit
*You can flip and rotate the outline
*You can resize the image but not the outline
*The outline can be modified slightly, but must be recognisable
*You can place objects on top of the outline but the outline must remain recognisable
*Feel free to include a background
*Have fun!

Shiny trophy idols have been fetched for the event.

Mr. Suit

I'm working my brains out and I still can't come up with anything, ??? I'll guess I'm gonna be posting my entry near the deadline again. :-\

The tribes was afraid because they could no longer lie. This draft version of a famous puppet was found by a powerful shaman who added some feather and bull's ball for the show.

I don't know if the pinnocho in the outline was too obvious, but I had to get it out of my head.

N.B.: I shouldn't have saved it in jpeg, it added "blur", but too late.

thebaddie

pinocchio was the one i had in mind too... ok i have to found a new idea  :P

they found a box, it says: "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly"... but they didn't understand...

btw Clint Eastwood is venerable  ;D

Mr. Suit

The tribe's creations relied heavily on mother nature: The head of a dead parrot, a snake, some feathers, a crocodile's skin, a branch, and some stones made the perfect "spiritual" staff

15 Colors.

Thanks everyone for your entries, Time to announce the winners !

thebaddie
Top entry without a doubt,  great execution and the colors make it really pleasant to look at.
I have to admit I really didn't see that one coming, and was a real pleasure to see this one, well done !

Ilmion
Loved the idea and concept, and the colors are well chosen.
A shame the clean lines got wiped due to the .jpeg compression, I recommend to always keep an original, so you could repost in case of bad compression :)

Mr. Suit
Bizarre entry, very disturbing and made me think of happy times under the influence of "medicinal herbs" ;)

Buckethead and Domino
You can use the silhouette as an honorary mark for attending, thank you :)

thebaddie - your turn to start the next competition, g'luck :)

Mr. Suit

Yay! I love my trophee. Congratulations to thebaddie and Ilmion.
