Buckethead

Nope it's not a Nighmare on Elmstreet (or any of the sequels or reboots)

VampireWombat

Doesn't look familiar. So... Mimic?

Meet The Applegates? (I know the CGI is too advanced to be that. I think Mimic is probably correct. Good call on District 9 too, Cat, but I only remember one alien arm in that.)

I delitti del gatto nero?

Buckethead

Haven't had time to grab a new screenshot but here's a hint:
The movie has different segments and the screen is part of the last ( and best) segment

Oh crap, I just saw James Rolfe talk about this for his monster madness videos.

Tales From The Darkside!

VampireWombat

I watched Brandon Tenold talk about it last night. And I had to check to verify you're right. I guess it happened fast enough that I didn't recognize it. Despite it also being the segment I watched a week or so ago...

I delitti del gatto nero?

Literally it's "The murders of the black cat", due the Stephen King episode

Yes, you've discovered my inspiration for this pick. It's indeed indeed Tales from the darkside.

Sorry I didn't realize they are the same movie. I guess you are the winner TheFrighter  :-D

Thanks!

OK, another bloody trip in the 80's...

Ready for the gore?

Well, that wasn't too hard. Viggo Mortensen wasn't in that many movies in the 80s. And both pictures are shown on the imdb page for Prison...

Someone else can have my turn since I can't upload images.

It's quite impressive that I hated this even more than Star Trek 5.  The TNG crew had done well with the movies (Generations was hit and miss but I enjoyed both Insurrection and First Contact), and then... this monstrosity.

VampireWombat

I agree this wasn't one of the great ones. I even fell asleep the last time I watched it. But it seemed somewhat appropriate with the upcoming Picard series.
But, it was mostly the first random movie I came up with that hadn't been done.

Jack

It's not the best Star Trek film, but it had its moments. I liked it better than Insurrection, which wasn't a bad film itself. I wonder how many people recognised Tom Hardy from that shot.

Here it is:

Hint: It's a kick-ass film.
