Yor. He's the man, he's the man. I have a feeling Mandle may know of Yor the same way I do, The Spoony Experiment.

Hehehe that is where I first heard of it, but quite a few other places since then. Red Letter Media also has a good review of it, but nothing beats the old Spoony!

It is a misconosciute fantasy/sci-fi gem, even for italians!

I've been on a bit of a Lynch kick lately and I'm mostly on board for the surreal quality of his storytelling but for me it's comic relief in some of his work that is most jarring.  Certainly "The Elephant Man" is one of his more accessible works.

Man, I’m dumb.  These last two didn’t even register with me as jokes.

Sorry...
The only movie I'm any bit familiar with is The Three Musketeers (1993).

Uhm, pretty sure it's with Michael York... though I don't remember that particular scene...
So I'm going to guess: The Four Musketeers: Milady's Revenge (1974)

Otherwise it's probably: The Three Musketeers (1973) and I erase that scene from memory...  (laugh)

Nice pull on the subtitle for "The Four Musketeers".  It is "The Three Musketeers" from 1973 which also has a subtitle of "The Queen's Diamonds".

Apologies to KyriakosCH who could have had it if he'd committed to his guess.

I always forget that Sting, Rod Stewart and Bryan Adams (and Pavarotti?) aren’t actually the musketeers in the movie.  (laugh)

I took the name out of IMDB, cause I wanted to make sure I had the Michael York movie.  (laugh)

Could possibly be Paul Thomas Anderson's The Master?
