Therefore CEB=40 and CDB=20
Not sure of the answer but CEB would be 50 and CDB would be 40
Pro is the opposite of Con                       Kids of today are so much different
This fact can clearly be seen,                  Don't you know?
If progress means to move forward         Just ask them where they are from
Then what does congress mean?             And they tell you where you can go.  --Nipsey Russell

My solution is 25...

I could be very wrong of course

You are, but the toilet visit got you on track.

I'll give it another try later on. I love trig!

The best I can come up with is: pie -> pies

Sorry. I did that thing where you reply to what you think is a new post, not realising there is a whole page and a half more posts after it.

LOL! I double check for that reason before I click 'Post' (laugh)

Just worked it out. Had to look up some trig formulas and use a calculator to figure out the sins and cosines but I came up with 29.997 or essentially 30.

If you mark where the lines cross in the middle as X and Make the base be a measurement of 1 unit you get the following:

CD=1.347
BE=1
AXB=70 degrees
CEB=50 degrees
CDB=40 degrees
AB & AC=2.879
CX=.922
BX=.815
CE=1.286
XE=.364
BD=1.532
XD=.717

Let's do some different riddle now:

(if this is not the right thread for it, some mod can move it to a "The "Black Stories" crime puzzle thread")

The rules are:

1. You can ask everything, but I can only say "Yes", "No" or "maybe/not relevant" or you can try to give an answer in one or two small sentences.
2. There is only one solution (because a person can't die in two different ways)

"A man gets in A-Town into a train waggon and when the train is on his last station, he is found dead. What happened to him?"

AnasAbdin

Hint:

Spoiler
It can be solved by your knowledge of Isosceles Triangles.

Mega hint (really spoiling):

Spoiler
You can add extra points and lines to the shape.

Time to revive this thread I guess.

I thought up a riddle but it didn't work as a Black Stories case... too basic...

Here it is:

Jane and Mike played hide and seek.

Jane found Mike at midnight just joking and smiling.

How long did it take Jane to find Mike?

Only thing I can think of is 1 day because at midnight it became the next day?

EDIT: but then it could have been more than 1 day.

Maybe Jane was the one to be found, but Mike didn't look for her to mess with her; that's why he's joking and smiling. But that doesn't give me an answer, so I'm probably on the wrong track.

Until midnight?

Stupot

Is 'midnight' the name of a night club?

Until Jane stopped looking for Mike?

The trick is hidden in the riddle.

MiteWiseacreLives!

If Jane and Mike are the hands of a clock, I'd say an hour.
But too simple I'm sure.

Haha, nice but no.

Kweepa

Are Jane and Mike children?
Is Jane dead?
Is this a crime story?
Still waiting for Purity of the Surf II
