Hey guys, I bet you love to draw hair! I don't though and I'm having some troubles.
I think I've managed quite ok with this dude though, except his left view, I just don't know how to deal with it. (wtf)
Do you have any suggestions?

Kind of hard to tell what style it's supposed to be, but here's a shot, moved the features a bit as well:

Eyes lower and changed, hair has variation and is wider than the actual skull would be, there's also I think too much similar colors, so I tried to clean that up a bit as well. I think he still may be a bit too "flat" in the side views. A bit of hair pixels sticking out of the basic shape add some style ot it I think.

My edit turned out a bit "Bieberish", I can only apologize for that.

p.s. look at the cool new tags that let you enlarge the image and see some details, when you hover over the image

Had a go at the hair, but couldn't resist editing the rest of the head: :)

There were several pairs of tones almost indistinguishable from each other. A piece like this needs contrast to sculpt the volume.

Looking really good, Khris, I didn't remember your pixel skillz being this good :)

Some c&c on Khris's paintovers:
* Too blue eyes - lower saturation or add darker pupils
* Too much eye visible in side view - an eye in profile doesn't reach that far back on the side of the face.
* Too much head in front of the neck and too little in the back. I would align the skull so that it's more centered above the neck. Or, make the neck thicker in the side-view; right now the neck is much wider than it's deep, if you get me, when necks are probably more evenly circular.
