AGS IRC Ceremony Source Files

Anyhow, the irc live ceremony consisted of an irc bot and the ags executable. Both files have been left unaltered so random names for variables, explicit content, and offensive material may be contained within either the links following below.

The bot is written in C# and included with it are the source files of it. Please refrain from discussing what's already been discussed, we don't need any more drama.
