Property groups in the editor

Recently Gurok brought attention to inconsistence in how properties are arranged inside groups in the editor.

For example, "Visible" property is in "Appearance" group for GUI, but in "Design" group for room object.
Similarly, I can tell that "Clickable" property is in "Appearance" for GUI for some reason (room object has it in "Design" too).
May be there are other cases.
Perhaps someone could make a simple "standard" for property groups? After that all inconsistencies could be fixed accordingly.
