Ideally, one should never call it in the final release of their baby into the wild (9)

AGS related.

Baron

Hmmmmm.  Eight italicized words and eight non-italicized words.  If I didn't know any better I'd say it's probably a type-o and should be disregarded entirely. ;)

Just based on the literal sentence of the clue itself and the letter count:
Spoiler
debugging

In that you should always turn off debugging before releasing final version of your game to the world.

How that relates to Italians being serious, I have no idea.

Dammit! Why does my heart sink whenever someone gets too close!

Almost spilled my coffee! Still wrong.

Hint:
Spoiler

It's AGS code related.
It can be answered if you only use the italics from the main puzzle.
It's a major issue in the world.

Quote from: The Manual
This command should ideally never be called in the final release of a game.

Due to the similarities of the above word clusters, I'm going to go with
Spoiler
AbortGame.  But I still don't see how this is a major real world issue....

AnasAbdin

Correct Baron. A lot of countries have debates about abortion...
anywho next!

WOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!

I'm still totally lost on this one...

Can someone please explain to the big dummy over here how it worked???

EDIT:

Oh no worries I got it...GRRRRRRRRRR...

So you had to use the italic words to search on Google to find in the AGS manual a coding phrase that matched them???

WTF??? DUUUUUDE....sorry but I'm gonna have to call bullshit in the nicest possible way ;-D

Oh and Baron: HTF???

AnasAbdin

Ideally never call it in the final release is literally mentioned in the AGS manuel on the first index (nod)
Italics are used to emphasise on which words in the clue are important :P no googling was used in the making of this product!

Okay then...I retract my "calling bullshit" statement and replace with:

Errrrrmmmmmm...

:X

Hahaha just kidding mate....not every puzzle can please everyone all the time and just in adding content to the thread thanks!!!

This one just happened to get me a bit frustrated but heck...we are adventure game players and well used to being frustrated by puzzles right?

[Oh and Baron: HTF???

I figured, since it was AGS code related, that the answer was in the manual.  Fortunately it was the very first entry, so I didn't need to read very far (I wouldn't have got it without the code-related hint).

If I were you guys, I'd be looking up dinosaur bands.  Try to find a group of fossils from several eras ago who are still playing.
