I cannot make any promises regarding the taxation of my subjects, but I can confirm there are 19 letters in the answer to my clue. I'll save the breakdown of those 19 letters for later.

Thoughts so far....

"Emotional Dwarf" is perhaps a shortened form of emotional, like "emo".
"in stitches" probably means put "emo" into "stitches", like "stemo itches", or "stitchemoes"

"a new production" could be a "recent release" or a "novelty"

So my guess is novelty stitchemoes.

A more obvious guess would be a 19 character name of a famous emo AGS character, but I refuse to guess that without figuring out how at least some of the clue could possibly relate.

...And "Spiri" is apparently a new line of quadcopter drone, a "new production" as it were. So I'm guessing somehow "in stitches" = "tennis", maybe referring to the surgery required for tennis elbow? thus:

Nope and nope. It's not the name of a game and I'm not pranking anyone :-)

I can tell you there are three words.
I'm reluctant to give specific clues yet because getting one word will probably give the whole thing away. So just have a play around with the clue and I'll tell you when you're warm :-)

Hahaha....got it after following those links....

The thing that threw me off was trying to put the Dwarf in the stitches, as the puzzle kinda suggests...

Also, I'm guessing that OROW is a major reason why the thread here went a bit dead. Why don't you edit out the massive spoiler hint(s) in your post and see if anyone gives it an honest go now that OROW is over?

but I honestly think it doesn't have anything to do with OROW.. Stu is just way advanced than (at least) me
