Ah!  Illegal use of hide tags!

Yep, you got it.  Lacking sharp edges (10) = a shard is the very definition of sharp edges, while something that didn't have a lot of them would be shard-lite :)

It's okay, Cassie. I'll take over.

Morning in the outskirts of Lisbon airstrip, before getting off without first aid. (9)

Well done, Stupot+. Please take over and post a harder one.

Also, apologies for snipping an entire word from that title, but I thought it would follow on well.

So Stupot is supposed to be putting a new question up, right?  If the lack of a question is a question in itself then I don't know what the answer is.

Well, Stu's had a little while to post. Let's open it up to anyone who can post the answer. I think Stu might have PM'd me his answer for that reason.

Morning in the outskirts of Lisbon airstrip,

Spoiler: ShowHide
Hm... well from this I'm getting LIS within AM, so ALISM.

before getting off without first aid. (9)

Spoiler: ShowHide
Getting off = EXIT?  Or DEPART?  Not quite sure where the "without first aid" comes into this.

Presumably something... alism.  Can't connect the dots well enough to guess a full word.

Yeah, I got it pretty quick, when most of y'all were probably still in bed, so I didn't want to ruin Gurok's nice revival of this thread by answering it publicly too quick. I wanna see some others get it too.

Hahaha... I was thinking "I've got it" was the actual answer and was wondering how the heck that came from the clue.
