I'm going to take what appears to be a random guess, but obviously isn't.
Does it include the exact coordinates of the International Space Station at the time of post and/or the wind speed at Ohare Airport?

Nah, that would be way too easy!
The coordinates of the ISS + number ISS on the post * distance to the ISS / speed of the ISS = rounded to the nearest full point...
