Sorry to dig this up (but since there is no hints thread and because it's a good game I hope noone worries)

I am stuck in a dead end â€" somebody knows a walkaround for it?

I got a crash after buying a ticket, looking at ticket and then (trying to) enter the carnival:

...in case not looking at the ticket and also going backwards (opposite direction/to the street) it crashes, too:

So it seems not to be caused by looking at the ticket.
The text of the error made me try to wait for that cutscene I am already in allegedly (not recognizable) but nothing happens.
Seems to be a dead end since I can't go nowhere.
