My tasty friend Painauxraisins is creating a very cool top-down single-player brawler. Right now, it only features placeholder art. That's why we need YOU.


Help bring the game to life with your awesome daemons. What is a daemon ? Well, you tell us

1) Fill one of these 64x64 shapes : The shape can be rotated or flipped. You can color the outline or erase it.
2) You must use Dawnbringer's 32 colors palette :

Bonus : Shape CAN be animated. (you get 1 extra point! ) Yes, it's a shameless ripoff

Nice theme, but with the "shape" just being a circular size restriction, this kinda feels more like a Sprite Jam than a Coloring Ball. Maybe make the shape a little more complex? Just my opinion of course

Say hello to Globby. A wannabee pirating mascot, with an affinity for chiptunes, most notably a chiptune version of La Bamba.
Completely made from scratch within an hour. I'm rather proud of this cute little guy, and the little backstory I gave him.

Also, you've gotta love the 32 colour Dawnbringer palatte. It lacks heavily on the pink and purple side of things, and one of the brownish-green colours doesn't seem to go with anything. But other than that, I love that palette, and have used it before.

The way I read the rules was that it doesn't matter what shape your overhead-view demon is as long as it fits within the size-restriction of the circle.

I don't think Creamy meant that every demon must be circular in shape.

And that's why I said it felt more like a Sprite Jam than a Coloring Ball.

Yeah, I read it as that too. But someone had to point out that the shape was perfect for blob demons.
It would definitely be nice if there were more shapes, so it felt more like a Coloring Ball than a Sprite Jam.

Alright, sorry. I didn't mean to step on the Sprite Jam toes.

It would definitely be nice if there were more shapes, so it felt more like a Coloring Ball than a Sprite Jam.

OK, I've added 3 shapes. I've kept the blob because I love Danvzare entry
I've removed the top-down requirement because I don't want the jam to be too restrictive, now that the shapes are imposed.

I actually liked the circular shape, made me think outside the box
