added together with attempted suicides, and compared with the same combination in other countries, it's not abnormal.

So it proves that, despite reputations, we're good at achieving what we set out to do.

We have a saying here in Australia, don't we Las?

"If at first you don't succeed, try a bigger gun!"

I joke about such things, but it is a very serious issue.

Two years ago, a friend from high school shot himself.

There were a number of speculations why he did it, but in the end no one knows why.

I have alot of friends who work with Youth Suicide Awareness programs. They recently had a memorial gig because their organiser killed himself.

We all know the world's a bitch, but it dosen't have to get ironic on us.

I used that mail-form on revoketheoscar.com, altered it slightly (turned the message around, so to say) and sent it.
I hope more people do that

Even just added a neat little lens-o-flare in case the picture of Rode wouldn't spice up the picture enough

Visitor: It's hard to take people seriously if they go anonymous as they post.
Especially when they don't have a point

Why would you want to know my name ? You don't know who I am and I probably won't post here again. What does it matter if I'm called Harold or Paquita ?

I posted the link because I was reading it as I browsed the forum, and I tought it was interesting. Maybe you don't care, but other people here took the time to read it and make comments. So what's the problem ? You assume that, because I posted this, I agree with the article ?

I don't want to know your name, I want you to not be anonymous.

That's not the point, I just think you should stand up for your opinion. You won't post again? So you're telling me you just dove into this particular board, opened one thread and threw in one link, and that's all?

I don't assume anything, but sure, it would be easier if you made a stand, explaining why you so arbitrarily tossed in that link. One might draw the conclusion that you meant something with it.
But hey, you're back pleading your case, that's like half the way.

Mods: Phhhft -- if it were a fake user, I'd come up with a better name than 'visitor'.

Something like Spanky McDelicious!

Anyway, I've given up the fake characters.
