That last quote sounds like Uncle Buck, but the first quote I don't remember in that movie.

Either way it is from the legendary movie Uncle Buck. John Hughes' finest (in my opinion).

Oh, I see where I got confused. I never saw Ben X say that Galaxy Quest was correct.
That was really just a guess.

I wonder if anyone here knows who did the rewrite on the script for Crimson Tide? It's quite surprising, although the scene about The Silver Surfer comic is a bit of a tip-off.

Yeah... I guess you gotta prove yourself at some point when you're an unknown, but he did prove himself, and we have so many great films from him as a result...
