I was pretty much lost throughout; because it was told in metaphor it was hard to get a firm grasp on what it was about. In retrospect, asking about the timescale of the process, and perhaps try to pinpoint a more precise location on the body, would have been more productive. A cool idea, and it was fun, but probably not my favorite case.

Here's another one:

Case #31

The criminals thought they had gotten away with it, but when undeniable evidence was discovered, they faced execution or a lifetime sentence.

Mandle

Were the criminals Nazi war criminals tracked down, tried, and found guilty of their crimes decades later?

Were the criminals war criminals?
Were the criminals terrorists?
Did the criminals face their punishment at least 10 years after their crime?

Riaise

About the last case, I agree with Snarky. I was having a hard time coming up with questions to ask, let alone working out what was going on. I think it's good to have something a bit different every once in a while, though. :)

OK, questions:
Is this case based on a real crime?
Was the crime a theft?
Did the crime involve murder?

the initial statement on this case is very vague and at least that much of it has happened several times in real life.
you stated "They" so I am guessing there was at least 2 criminals.

Questions:
Was there more than 3?
Is the number of criminals relevant?
Was the crime a federal case?
Pro is the opposite of Con                       Kids of today are so much different
This fact can clearly be seen,                  Don't you know?
If progress means to move forward         Just ask them where they are from
Then what does congress mean?             And they tell you where you can go.  --Nipsey Russell

Was the "undeniable evidence" a child?

dayowlron

I like the road CaptainD is leading us down.

Is there crime resulting in pregnancy?
Was there 2 people involved?
Is the lifetime sentence involve them dealing with the child?

If that's right, I'm struggling to see where the execution comes in, unless that part would refer to the foetus being aborted?

Let's just clear this up then:

Is the term "execution" referring to the criminals being literally killed?
Is the term "lifetime sentence" referring to being in a literal prison for the rest of their lives?

Other thought:

Is holding the child hostage involved?

selmiak

was some forbidden love involved?
were the 2 human criminals male and female?
were their genitals involved?

Do the 2 adults live in a country where having a child out of wedlock is a crime?
Are the 2 adults Chinese and living under the "one-child" law, but conceive a second child and try to keep it in secret?

(Doesn't exactly fit but: )

Did the two adults kidnap a child as they couldn't have one of their own? (Raising Arizona style)

Well done, you all sussed it out much quicker than I expected. I think the only missing piece is figuring out the nature of the life sentence.

CaptainD

Does the life sentence refer to enforced sterilisation perhaps?

Is the punishment a metaphor for a shotgun marriage? (A threat of "marry or die")
Is the "execution" death by stoning?
Is the "execution" a (so-called) "honor-killing"?
Is the "life-sentence" being forced to marry?
