Lets see, we have a human or several humans that died from an accident at some sporting event. The clue that confuses me was the fall question.
Don't be confused by that. It's just that a fall can happen at different times with different reasons. f.e. if a not sitting or lying person dies ;)

Case #4
Dozens of yells were heard as one was dead from one second to another. What happened?

Yes (nod)
Is the one who died a human?
Was it an accident?
Was the one who died engaged in some form of sport?

No (wrong)
Were they watching a public execution?
Was it murder?
Did something fall on the victim?
Did he die on stage? (no, but close)
Was it in the middle of a battlefield?
Was the one who died, on a roof just before dying?
Was it a showman whose performance went terribly wrong? (no, but close;) )
Was the one who died engaged in some form of stunt?
Did he die from anything medical condition?
Did the stands collapse at a sports arena?
Did more than one person die?
Did the accident happen on a street?
Was he himself to blame for the accident?
Did the victim drown?
Did someone push a button?
Did something explode?

Unanswerable or Ambiguous :-\
Did the victim fall? (when, where, why?)

Tabata

Did  the victim play a ball game?
Did the victim perform that sport alone?
Are those who yelled watchers?

Snarky

Was the dead person male? (Even if it doesn't matter, just to make the pronouns easier)

Was the person wearing or supposed to be wearing a parachute or something else to soften a fall?
Was the person in a vehicle/machine of some kind?

Were the yells in response to the death?
Were the yells in response to whatever caused the death?
Did the yells (directly or indirectly) cause the death?

Riaise

Was the person who died taking part in an athletics event?

dayowlron

I was just about to post when I saw Snarky just posted asking all of my questions except 1.

did the person fall onto something that caused his death?
Pro is the opposite of Con                       Kids of today are so much different
This fact can clearly be seen,                  Don't you know?
If progress means to move forward         Just ask them where they are from
Then what does congress mean?             And they tell you where you can go.  --Nipsey Russell

Cassiebsg

Did she die from a fall from a high place?

Here is my revenge for your subsequent change of one of my first questions:  (laugh)

Was she hit by one of her mates during synchronous swimming?
Was it an accident during rhythmic sports gymnastics?
Was it unlucky slipping of a mud wrestling fighter?
Was is an accident during ice skating (couple running/dancing) - the male scater lost control/hold and therefor the female got hurt deadly?
Did they play rollerderby when the accident happens?
Did one or more animals take part?

Yeah, I found that as well. :-D

Was she a dancer of some kind? (Trying to think of what's similar to a cheerleader)
When you say "dozens of yells", was that approximately the size of the audience?
Did they yell to try to warn her about something?

Was she killed by another person (or multiple people)?
Was she killed by some kind of mechanical/equipment failure?
