That wasn't a guess, that was an exclamation, as in "Jesus, this is difficult", only I accidentally put a question mark there.

Just kidding.
Pretty sure I'm right, so I'm whipping up a new case soon.

I haven't paid close attention to this thread, so I'm not sure I'm doing this perfectly right, but here goes.

Case 16
A man lies dead on a parking lot, near a van. Two sets of tire tracks are seen.

Ask for more details.

CaptainD

@Snarky - Ooh, clever.  Good one!

@Andail:

Did the man die from being run over?
Did the man own the van?
Was one of the sets of tire tracks from the van?

Yes

No

Was one of the sets of tire tracks from the van?

Snarky

Was the man murdered?
Are the other tracks from someone driving away from the scene?
Are all parties involved human?

Mandle

Does this take place at the Twin Pines/Lone Pine Mall?

(Actually, if he is dead then it must be the Twin Pines Mall...)

CaptainD

Does the man have any gunshot wounds?
Does the man have any blunt trauma wounds?
Does the man have any sharp trauma wounds?

Yes.
Ok that was too easy, I'll make it trickier next time.

PS:
The reasoning behind the tire marks was that you'd only see those made by the swerving/speeding wheels of the Libyans' van and the DeLorean (Doc arrived in his own van, which supposedly arrived gently and without leaving any marks), the DeLorean's tracks even being on fire. And I didn't even get to the point where those tracks end very abruptly...

I don't know why I flashed immediately to Back To The Future, but as soon as I did I was pretty sure I was right.

Maybe I read your mind for a brief moment there?

I was even going to ask, at first, if one of the sets of tire tracks ended suddenly... By the way, wouldn't there have been three sets of tire tracks? One from the Libyans, one from the first test of the time machine with Einstein, and the third from when Marty escaped in the Delorean?

I'm coming up with a new case...

After quite a bit of thought, I'll try this one I came up with that I think might work... We'll see I guess:

I'm going to use my max 3-question per update rule, and also I'm probably not going to be commenting on questions in brackets. I'm going to try to place the questions in YES and NO as well as I can without comments. I hope I can do so without screwing it up too much...

Case #17 - A man points a gun at himself but fires it many times before he dies from doing so. Why?

YES

NO

CaptainD

Did the gun contain blanks?
Did the gun contain real bullets?
Did the man shoot himself in areas not containing vital organs and took some time to bleed to death?

Cassiebsg

Was he playing Russian roulette?
Was he pointing the gun at his head?
did the gun explode in his hand?
There are those who believe that life here began out there...

Did the gun contain one bullet?
Was it a nail gun?
Was he trying to kill him self?

By the way, this could count as one of the most epic wins so far if I do say so myself: 8-)

I'm not even sure myself how I got it that fast, but something in my gut told me I was right.

BIG sorry to Andail though... I know how it feels to have your riddle, that you thought was solid, busted early on from out of the blue... Just look back some pages to where Snarky busted my black-hole one...

That being said... WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!! It felt GREAT!!!
