I have been working on an isometric walkcycle. Isometric walkcycles I have found to be very difficult but I think this one is nearly ready. The shading still needs work but I'm not worried about that at the moment. Does everything else look okay? I'm a little worried about the height of a couple of the frames which might need to be adjusted a pixel or two one way or the other. Also the speed needs to be increased a little I think. What does the Critic's Lounge have to say?

Looks pretty good, though I would add one more frame.
Seems to be a jump when the back leg goes backwards. Foot if flat under him, and then just jumps to the far back. Add a frame in between, that should help making it less jumpy.  (nod)
There are those who believe that life here began out there...

Could I add a frame without throwing off the look of the whole animation? Might it be possible to angle the leg back on that frame to eliminate the problem you mentioned?

Giraffadon

Hey,

I think you could gain a lot from simply changing the frames in which he rises.
If you stand up and walk around you will notice you are at the height of your walk as your standing leg
straightens and the other leg is passing forward.

Good luck with everything.  ;)
