I am at the point in the game where

I have looked at the bullet casing with the microscope and I am trying to figure out how to wake the taxi driver, open the manhole cover and get the picture from the candy stand woman. I have the gun, cell phone, globby globby, generous advance, key, umbrella, bonsai vase, shell casing, envelope, and spray can.
