It's a weird object, that's why I put it here.

It's used for the female species of a race called humans populating earth. ^^

I was thinking it was for a motorcycle sidecar, to protect your face from the wind. Presumably you would need a tight fitting and streamlined hat to go with it.

Sorry have been busy. I am going to give it to mkennedy.
The actual stated use was to protect the face in a snow storm. i guess it could protect it from a dust storm as well as from wind or rain.
