<<  COLORING BALL: Quest For Glory  >>

Our heroes are tired after a lot of fights with dragons and wizards.
Both are sitting at the table waiting for some reward to ease their pain, restore stamina, heal wounds, or even give joy.

Logo text and background images are edited from Quest for Glory II

You are now their hero, give them an item you think they need.

The items must fill any of these shapes:

You may:

-color the outlines
-rotate the sprites 90°, 180° or 270°
-flip the sprites horizontally and/or vertically
-use animation
-submit multiple entries

however, be consistent with the theme and only use the EGA palette:

Trophies

Entries are accepted until August 5th

And now it's time to VOTE!
Please vote for your favorite three items in this format:

First: #
Second: #
Third: #

We have a winner!

Third place is a tie between both DWR's Game Controller & Klatuu's bucket of snakes!
You two get the bronze pinwheel!

And in Second place, Klatuu's miniature Grim Reaper gets the silver pinwheel!

And our First Prize winner is Krysis' wind-up toy camel!
Congratulations Krysis! Here's your golden pinwheel!

I would like to mention that DWR have submitted a cool "friendly entry" on Twitter
for fun! Here's the image (it's outside the shape but still awesome work DWR!)

Thank you all for participating, voting, visiting! <3 <3 <3
Congrats to all winners and see you soon in the
next coloring ball by Krysis!

Here's a fresh minotaur horn. Sorry, there's still a bit of blood, fur, and flesh left on it.
(Good timing for this contest. I've been playing the Quest for Glory games the past few weeks.)

Here's a backup spaceman. It can be remote controlled for carrying up tasks that our heros can't reach on their own. Batteries are NOT included!

Genie in a bottle!
Genie will self destruct after first use.

Greetings, travelers! Thank you for all the help you have given our lands. Please, accept this bucket of snakes.

(P.S.: Sorry, I don't know if it's just me, but it looks like that image is blurred when I zoom in on it. I'll try to fix that.)

(P.P.S. Should be fixed now)

Thank you Tabata for the original Babel Bird!
This is such a rare find!

Btw, it seems you used another version of the EGA palette. The colors were slightly different but I fixed them  ;)

Greetings unto you, Wizard. Or, you know, Paladin, or Rogue, or Warrior, or whatever you are.
I bestow upon you that rarest of companions, the Support Slug!
It's a long, hard road, being a hero. Very few people bother to thank you, or even notice what you've done. But no matter how weary you get, no matter how lonely you are or whatever happens, the Support Slug will never give up on you. He will just sit patiently and, whenever you need it, whisper comforting words, such as, "You're a great hero!" or "Never give up! I believe in you!" or "Everything's going to be alright." He feeds on algae and is amphibious, so a little jar of pond or swamp water is the perfect way to keep your Support Slug happy and healthy and, above all, supportive.
(Please note: each Support Slug can only be seen/heard by their respective Hero. We accept no responsibility for accusations of insanity, being burned as witches, or getting really funny looks. Enjoy Support Slugs responsibly!)

And now, without further ado, your very own Support Slug!

Aw, look! He loves you already!

And, since not many people expect to be given random slugs and therefore aren't prepared to look after them, we're also giving you this complimentary little jug of pond water and algae for your new little friend to live in when he's not supporting you!

Support Slugs are very hardy; so as long as you remember to change the water every time you pass a pond or swamp, he'll be fine.

It probably goes without saying that Support Slugs do not thrive in salt water.

Enjoy!

"Salutations, heroes! I bring you Death!"

Wait, that came out wrong.

"Come to our table, friends. Death awaits you here!"

Oh, dear, that wasn't much better.

"Here is a miniature Grim Reaper, a personification and representation of Death, commonly portrayed as a scary figure reaping souls into the afterlife and often signifying the short time of our mortality but sometimes more benevolently as a symbol of the sad but inevitable cycle of life and death that we must learn to cope with."

Er, that was a bit long-winded, but I think it got the point across better. Anyway, enjoy your Death.

Also, I think he might be in the wrong adventure game. Please see that he gets back safely.
