I still do not understand what is going on with this puzzle. Is there an actual answer to it that you are waiting for or are you just collecting "acceptable" answers?

As I said this puzzle have multiple solutions, it's just for the fun of lookin' for the smarter.
Anyway, the original answer that a friend told me is:

Just count each number of characters, including spaces, from left to right in the sentence, starting back at the beginning each time.

Oh, and the reason the answer was "enema" was because I mentioned something about a Japanese TV show that had enemas in it, in passing, just before I originally posted the puzzle. So it was more of a joke than alluding that I am a fan of enemas.
