Interactive film with adventure game studio

I would like to develop interactive film and full motion video game. Just for understanding that what exactly I want to do, I give you examples.

Something like late shift https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xyJ1Pk3yTM please jump to 6:22 so players can choose the story.
Another example is hardline https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joVqOafscWA please jump to 7:22 so players can click on specific place and then continue of the film.

Is this possible in adventure game studio? If yes, please give me some information on how to do it.

Yes, definitely possible. Just play a clip, then show a room with clickable hotspots. Clicking a hotspot will play the next clip, and so on.
