Hmm, that's not working yet.

I've looked/touched flowers and jars but when I talk to the florist I can only ask for money or for food. I can't ask what she likes.
Is there an object I need to show her?

Try talking with everybody. I do not remember, which question let me proceed. I just tried different things, examined everything and was then able to go on. It didn't take me a lot of time to proceed. Do not concentrate on her only and visit all places.
