Registering for the forum is needlessly difficult

This is the hardest forum registration I have ever known.  There will be people out there that might be incredible Adventure Game Developers, but had SpLDs that prevented them getting through that needless mindfield.

Is it really necessary to be so contrived to register an account on this forum?  Can this please be reviewed?

Even trying to post this simple post I have been met with the same ridicilous question set and reCAPTCHA.

In all seriousness though, you're not the first to complain. Personally, I can't remember having much difficulty registering, but that was years ago.

Also, this is an anventure game forum (for the most), so consider it your first well done solved puzzle!! 
And we just love puzzles, right?
