Melvin's Odyssey
« on: 12 Dec 2020, 22:16 »

In the early 1990s there was a hero named Melvin.
Actually, he wasn't really a hero, but then some strange things happened in his little town.
And maybe not only there...

Features:
- 320x180 mouse-drawn pixels.
- original 8-Bit-chiptuneish music & sound effects
- maybe spaceships weather balloons

Progress:
Yes.

Those backgrounds are fantastic, great work! The story sounds intriguing too, especially the part about spaceships... er, weather balloons. Good luck with development!

This looks amazing. It has that classic 90's pixel art feel. I love it. Definitely on my radar.

Yes, it's funny how mundane environments can become pieces of art under certain hands.

I can't wait to play Magnavox Melvin's Odyssey.

Exactly. I'd like to see your process Flugelduffel. I just draw pixel by pixel, your process looks more intricate.

Creative juices must be flowing at the moment. Another fantastic looking Retro game on the horizon.
