Stuck again 

I am in the island and have already

spotted the disk on the hut and I know that I need some cans of tuna and I know that I can find them back in the original island in the lighthouse. The problem is that the boat captain will refuse to leave without a cold beer... I have the exotic fruit, the machette (that I used to cut the bush of thorns of the temple by the way) but no trace of beer at all...

Talk to the chief. I can't remember which dialog option it was, but he might offer you a cold beer if you are friendly and interested enough. I'm not sure, but you might need to talk to his children first.
