In Space Quest 4, Space Quest 4 makes an appearance in the Vohaul's computer at the end of the game, and you can actually delete it (and then the game shuts off).

Also, Sam and Max make cameo appearances in other Lucas Arts games, though not as themselves. They were a statue near the monkey head in Monkey Island 2, I think. Or was it the first one, I can't remember.

Your right about Dig, I just remembered that they both involved Sawing Someone's Hand off, but Flashbax let's you Keep it in your inventory.
