Yes but only at the end so it's never an intentory item. Besides, the Zelda games isn't actually adventure games, so it doesn't count anyways.

Unless you gave the Death Card a face-card value, say, making it worth 5 chances. But it wouldn't guarantee a win. Maybe you could make it worth 0 chances so that you claim the pile every time you lay a Death Card?
