Size matters

Ive got my AGS more or less working but the size of my man is patetic against the scenery. Ive tried readjusting the background but he re-scales to look about 1ft tall!

Well, if your using a 640x400 background, you need to make the characters work for the 640x400 resolution. If they are still small, try loading them for 320x200 (which will probably make them look stupid but meh).
