Can anyone tell I am playing RON games?

Okay, I have a problem. I am STUCK!
I have given the Bum the Cooked Dish. I have gone into the Other Pizza place the back way and have obtained the letter. Now I don't know what to do. I know I have to unravel the mystery of this Pizza place and I have to find the "sister" of the guy who may be holding my "Pass." I have gone and seen everyone, tried to speak to them, tried to pass off objects in my inventory to them.......Nothing has happeded. Where do I go from here?

There are three things you need for JHon Steel's "sister."  1 - she's a woman, 2 - she's blonde 3 - she wears a black dress.

Did you get the blow-up doll from your home closet?  You need to give her hair and a dress.  If you want more details, let us know.
