Another scanned character, coloured in photoshop

I've just scanned my second character. I made this one, about a week ago during school in class. I was (as usual) bored, and started drawing the teacher... I scanned it with my new scanner, and coloured it with photoshop. I tried to fix some things, but I'm not very much of a good artist, so some things might be wrong. Please tell me how to improve. I want to learn to draw better than this... so critics are always welcome!

As you stated that your former picture was made in two minutes, I don't think it will suffer substantially from having its attention shared with this creation.
