TOOL: Fix translation file

If your translation file was incorrectly translated (ie. they replaced the lines rather than inserting the translation in between), you can try this utility:

which attempts to fix it -- however you will need a copy of the original translation source that you sent to your translator in order for this to work.

Note this utility is completely unsupported, use at your own risk.
