Myst IV: Revelation is a very beautiful adventure game and definitely on my top 10.

It's a bit insubstantial. You should add in a background instrument or two.

I'm not sure if it works over LAN as opposed to internet, but Neverwinter Nights is a good multiplayer RPG to play with friends.

Merry Christmas to all you good fellers. Came back just in time for the 'eve, too.
:)

What's awesome is I'm getting the entire Myst series for Christmas thanks to a generous gift certificate to amazon.com.

Yeah, something like Arcanum would be very neat for AGS.

Heh, you know they'd play it anyways. ;)

Looks and sounds like a decent idea. I'll be watching this.

You should be glad people didn't post that Zombie Nation sucked. No criticism is better than bad criticism (Bad meaning non-constructive).

And I know what this is. Pretty much nobody on message boards make 'tests", they just claim to in order to cover up their own failures, mistakes, etc.

And good games are not neccesarily measured by how long they take to make.

On top of that, this is an AMATEUR game designing community. I'm sure I speak for everyone that we do it for the fun. Not to recieve praise, not to become famous. Just for the heck of it.

If you actually took the time to READ the topic, you'd know how to fix it. :p

You might have to reference the module in the function you're using or something, in the () after the function command, but I haven't used modules yet so I wouldn't know.

Even if it was done, do you really think he gave himself time to enjoy the titles?

Heh. It looks like Gollum.   ;D

I know what you mean, lol. I've been continuously putting off studying for exams until I can get a good start on my game. I may regret it soon, but for now, I'm quite content. ;D

I must compliment you on the excellent characters and background. The Attorney thing is pretty darn funny.

You wouldn't be interested in doing backgrounds for a game of mine, would you?[/sleazy recruitment scheme]

Thanks much for the feedback. :)

As good as your paint-over is, the light comes from behind the back of all my characters to eliminate shininess that can be too distracting, so I don't think I'll be changing that part of the character.

That's not really a wing, it's more like an...elbow-spike thingy. I found it difficult to draw, but I messed around with it until I got something I could at least stand. Eventually I'll get more work into it though.

And I'm aware of the double shading not being realistic thing, I just sorta like it because it offers a somewhat smoother transition between the primary shade and the shadow.

I'll continue work on this and see if I can find anything else to improve as well.

Somewhat strange style. Are you using alpha channels?
