I agree with leg being the big part of any cow, but I don't think that's the problem.

There is one frame missing - frame 7 jumps too fast to move front left leg (nearer to the viewer) in front of the front right leg. It should be 2 frames, not just one.

Another problem is that at any moment two diagonal legs are in the air at the same time - I don't know which animal in normal walk puts two legs in the air, usually one is in the air and the other three are balance. There is no way to make a cow with a load of a full wagon run (and to look normal
