Thanks for the crits! I am going to use your waistcoat, I love it... Boots over trunks are another thing I love...

I am removing the second lighter blue, it's not necessary and I think I could use that 16th colour for something else.

Using 16 colours for the sprite is a requisit, so, don't use more than that!

Thanks!

P.D. Saberteeth... the Bulge is supossed to be a bulge in the shirt, like the one Guybrush has in CMI... I will try a version without them.

Hello! I would love to have any advise on how to improve this guy. He is supposed to be the hero (Or anti-hero) of a new Wild West project I have in mind. Clothes, items to bear, pallete, pose... I would appreciate all.

Thanks!

I have a cellular telephone. I can use it to call people when I need to.

(...even though I don't even do that)

lol!

I should have mentioned that as well. I only use my phone when I NEED to. But, playing AGS games on it like Joe has suggested, would be pretty cool :=

Extremelly cool... for about 2 minutes...

Then (if he really is a troll)... GO FOR HIM!!! :D

Edit: Or better... don't feed him.

My apologies, I haven't been very active lately.

You should be ashamed of yourselves... Honestly.

We call ourselves "game makers", and we say that "game making" is our life... Here comes a guy who is, apparently, seriously thinking in doing a game: He (ATM) showed energy and interest.

Maybe he jumped above all the forums rules... He is not using the correct thread to ask for help, he is using txt spelling, he might have a too elevated consideration of his own artistic habilities, he is not showing enough of his work to appeal the "seniors"... Damn, he could even be a troll...

BUT

At the moment, the only thing we know is that a young guy (something odd in this "Call of Duty" days") wants to make an adventure game.

Now... Count the "helpfull" replies. Did somebody tell him "Hey... uncorrect thread... and you are way too optimistic if you think if you are going to get help showing that... What you should do is "this", and "this"? No... Not even one.

Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. He might be a troll, or an idiot, but, at the moment, the only thing I see is a new member who needs help.

Thanks.

Auriond, if we don't use science for creating medical treatments... what do we use? I mean... what makes "a millenium treatment" different to "a treatment invented by the guy living in the third floor"? Time? Ancient does not marry well with science, specially having in mind that at those times they believed that earth was flat.

The "science is not all" blah, blah, blah it's fashioned, but quite empty, to be honest. Because, by definition, nothing real is opposite to science. There are real things that haven't been explained yet by science, not real things opposite to it. And curing things by nailing your body or touching your feet is totally opposed to science.

I am sorry, I am not going to read the whole thread, just drop the impressions I got from MY SCIENTIFIC RADIO PROGRAM  :)  During the few weeks we treated this kind of alternative medicines.

No one of them has proved to have a single effect on people... except, in a tiny, TINY degree, acupumture (sp?). It seems that nailing your body with small needles makes body create endorphines, which might help with mild kind of pains. The trick? It doesn't matter if the nailing is done in the "Ki channels, by a chinese doctor owner of a milenium knowleadge" or "by some ramdom guy, taken from the street".

Of course, it SLIGHTLY redouces pain, but doesn't cure the cause or anything. Of course, if the pain is too severe, it won't help, even a bit. And of course, there are way more effective ways of getting endorphines, like doing sports.

Any painkiller you can get at the pharmacy will be better than natural-produced endorphines.

So... as you can see... Nailing, preassuring or pinching the body is not worthy of the price they will ask for you to do it.
