Evil, NWN is good, but nowhere near Black Isle's best. Planescape is by the same people, and much, much better. I'm a huge RPG fan and I've yet to play anything as good as Planescape.

The moral of this story is: if you have Windows, USE WINDOWS UPDATE EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I use Windows 2000 and there's a proggie that runs in the background and automatically downloads and installs any Windows patches for you. I think it's available on Windows Update itself. That, and use a good firewall and on-access virusscan and you shouldn't ever have any problems...

Oh and styker, that tutorial is probably outdated, animated cursors are built into AGS now... If you need any help with the Discworld/Broken Sword/BASS style interface I have it pretty much perfected for my next game, except that I don't use dragging in inventory...

Barcik: nonsense. Monkey Island 4 was a good adventure game. It may not have been a good Monkey Island game, but it was a good adventure. The last one, Grim Fandango, was superb. CMI before that was excellent, Full Throttle too. I wouldn't say that:
