PS. I added the functioning status bar. It never even crossed my mind before Matt mentioned it ::)

No problem!

The real question is... do we really WANT adventure games to be mainstream?

indeed, if it went mainstream EA would start making "FIFA - Rooney's adventure", "james Bond - I forgot my gun", and "need for weed."

Excuse me if I did this already...?

1. Monkey Island 2,3,4
2. Broken sword 1,2
3. Flight of the amazon queen
4. indy: Fate of atlantis
5. Still life

(BTW, due to not having a PC for millions of years(but an amiga back then), I have yet to play sam n max, DOTT, The dig, gabriel knight and full throttle.)

NEAT!!

I like the ready break glow they have.

Whoops. My game has a cell in it.

(I wanted EGO to be tied up in a chair but I didn't know how to change the talk animation...)

Maybe I can get some points for the fact that the EGO doesn't actually interact with the cell, despite being locked up?

Me? I find halo boring. Half life 2? Red faction? Those games have storylines and so i love them.

I like to have a mixture with my games. In the day I want to have my trigger finger ready, blasting bad guy's left and right and so on.

At night, i want to put my feet up, and have some cookies and (soya) milk whilst playing a non-reaction based point n clicker.

Fahrenheit had too many action sequences that depended on rythym action which bored me. Still enjoyed the game, but on the xbox near the end the game needed me to push past my own known physical limitations at pressing the triggers fast enough. It nearly broke me. A broken man. But I persisted and won! (Sorry I'm digressing)

My favourate king's quest moment was when you started making songs/poems about the game. (I never played the games!)

Here is my moo-metal song!

*A priest in a strip joint.*

Okay THIS:

*A supermarket sweep using only a basket*

I had an Amiga, never a nintendo! and my friend at the time who did would just never let go of the frikking joypad.

The green fella is my memory's attempt to remember what Mario's dino type enemy looked like. I screwed it up so bad i made him human.

Like this??

(I confess, I never played mario! And that weird guy on the left is his nemesis, except I made him a human dressed up as his nemesis for some unknown reason.)

Yeah, you could at least change the angle of the hand so it doesn't look like a bunny.

I also did a quick google search for "snapshot studios" to see if the name has been taken, and I read "..snapshot studios has the best AV actors in hardcore pornography.." or something like that. I didn't click on the link because it was unsecure.

What the heck is AV?

I like the snapshot font.

To me, having access to things like this is more disturbing than anything else... :-\

Because in theory I might find out where you live and plan a tactical burglary by using the map? "Right... if I hide behind that bin over there..."

Although I suspect it's all old data what with the photo of that car.

Me no got Quake.

My monitor is too small for counter strike, I have to wait for my cursor to hang over a character till the text appears so I know whether to shoot or not, cos I can't see or they are!

Also, the only time I played it, my ally was getting shot so I took aim with my pistol and shot the enemy in the head. BLAM! Then the ally turned around, started firing at me, (With no friendly fire it was pointless) and then I was kicked outta the game. WTF?

What is she doing in the first pic? She seems to be doing some martial arts or something... But cant really make out whats behind her

I'm never playing pictionary with you! lol

But um... that blue patch... that's her undies, right?

Also these games encourage us to go up to complete strangers and have a conversation with them... followed by emptying our pockets and handing them everything until a positive response is given. Also, we never walk off when talking to someone without saying goodbye every time, even if they live in the same house as us...
