I am at the point in the game where I have

examined the crime scene, talked to the people at the crime scene, given the scarf to the hooker, got the fish scales, answered the questions in the car correctly, gone to the police station, talked to everyone there including the chief, showed the fish scales to everyone including the chief, tried to get to the file cabinet, tried to open the door to the morgue.

I'm pretty much stuck and I can't figure out what to do next. I would appreciate any help anyone could give me.

I think I am pretty much at

the end of the game and I have the bottle of champagne, the lighter, the business card, and the dummy made of several inventory items. I have also been to the roof and cut the pipe to get to the top of the other building. I tried to put the dummy on the top of the other building but I can't do that until I figure out how to light the champagne. So, I'm kind of stuck at that point.

type in the two different commands in the menu you mentioned but nothing happens when I type them in even if I try to put numbers after them. Are there certain numbers that have to be typed in after the commands in the list are typed in?

I am trying to make the

fishing rod to catch the gold fish. I have the string with the paperclip attached, the pencil, the coin, the piece of candy, a paperclip, the nail file, and a piece of string. I tried using the string with the paperclip attached with the pencil but that didn't work. I need a hint about where to get the stick. I think it may be in the painting above the purse but I don't know how to get to it.

the fish, the crumbs, the two flowers and the worm. I've combined the flowers with the crumbs and the worm and fed both mixtures to the seagull but I'm not sure what to do next.
