#224
Yay ._. finally  a winner!

Congrats Rincewind. :)

Since this is now rotating, you can start the next one now. I'll still lock the threads tho. ;)

There's actually no rule saying you can't vote for your own, provided you really think it is the best. :P

Ya know, crossing stuff out after you write it doesn't really take it away.  ::)

Oh, you already knew that?

Whee...nice work undergroudling! I assume he uses the same name everywhere...how else would we know it was him ._.

Teh whee, nice work all. Time to vote.

Also, since I'm busier at work lately, and also helping out a few AGSers with art, I don't have the time to coordinate  this activity, so if everyone is agreeable, we'll turn it into the same rotating system as the Sprite Jam and Tune Contest.

What do you people think? ._.
#231
When its over maybe ._.
#232
Heh, it isn't going to work! :P

Nice work guys, I love allll the sprites, even Jimi's. ;)
#233
Right, glad that's all sorted out. :P Locky time. ._.

tell me why does a game starring a girl have to have pink nail polish and high heels in it. thats just stupid, making us sound like barbie obssessed wannabies. I'd have a girl indiana jones,
indiana jane?

QuoteIn fact, the only game I've played by a female at all included a "totally spies" style main character complete with an initial inventory of pink nail polish, a mobile, pink purse and some glue to fix her broken heels.

Why? What exactly is wrong with pink nail polish? Or pink for that matter? Why do you feel the need to dislike colours that are associated with women? For more pink <> dumb proof, tune in to the powerpuff girls. :P

Who cares what colour the character wears or carries? If its a well done character, it will go beyond that.

This is obviously a rant, and a disorganized one at that, but I'm kinda tired of women apologizing for being women or doing things that women traditionally do. Equal is not identical, and it need not be.

Also, you forgot the most important gal here (besides me), Annie/OTG.

Yeah, forgetting to put the alpha female on the list is really not good.  ;)

#236
Is this a music contest or a debate contest? :P

Hard to tell. ._. Chill, people.

IMO the best. :)  The sections on sprites are really good.

Hm....why is the address at the bottom of that in Washington? o_O Might be thier US address. The phone number looks like a US one too.

No thoughts on the banning, except that it certainly was not 'interesting' and I don't think he brought 'joy to us'. At least not those who recieved the emails.

Whoo, another 'Igor'.

Fantastic work as usual!

Myeah, I hear you about painter, but try painter 8, there's a demo out. Its tons faster, as long as you dont load up the brush creator. :|
