Anyone playing or have played this game?  I am having trouble getting rid of the parrot.  Anyone?  Thank you

Replaying the game,,,,No parrot this time.  That whole scene was not in this game.... Wonder why???  Anyway, it was a good game, but I cannot finish it due to the blacksmith not taking my copper coins to make a helmet,  guess there is a bug somewhere in this part.  Too bad, because it was a good game to play.

You release a inventory item simply by left clicking on an empty area on the screen (not in the inventory list itself). I remember really enjoying this game so I would really recommend you to give it another try.

I've played this game.  Can't say the same for NeverQuest?  Is it new?  Where did you d/l it from.

If you do a search under hints and tips or completed games, you'll find at least one thread for A Tale of Betrayal with quite a few tips.  I found the start of the game to be kinda hard.  Good game though.

Also playing this game while I am stuck in NeverQuest.  Also getting stuck here also.  But I will try and search out how to get out of the cabin.  Anyone playing this game so I can reach out and grab some help.

What time is it?  after that read downwards on clue and then look at window.  you need to use something from your inventory, but it needs to be sharpened

ok UNCLE, I have walked around the three islands over and over again.  Put rest spell on bees, but can't find a container to put the honey in.  I have a bowl full of water but can't seem to empty it.  Help...... I know when you tell me what I should do, I will feel so stupid. But tell me anyway???
Also cannot find the berries for the girl.  Gave the kid his hook, got bread, been downunder, etc.

IT'S MELRIN     

Rosie I don't remember having this problem so hopefully the author can help you. All it says in the walkthrough is there is a difference when you right click and left click and that right click is to look.  It also has a zoom in feature and at the beginning there is only two objects you can zoom in on but more later on in the game.Nice to see you again too, I finally battled my way through Sleepy Island lol.

Thanks, I found the walkthrough.  Yes I am right clicking and left clicking, but I can't release the object on either clicks.  Another Sleepy Island?  Good for you..... for finishing it, I had no patience with all those bugs.  I am on Melrin 3 right now, fun game, no bugs.  Talk to you soon.

I  played this a long time ago and I still have the walkthrough so what do you need to know.

The problem I am having is when I click on anything in my inventory, it doesn't let go.  Meaning, if I click on my pencil, then change my mind and click on say my phone or anything else I have, it doesn't let go of the first object I clicked on.  I emailed the author of the game, thinking this perhaps is a bug.
Did you have this problem?  Tried clicking both left and right of mouse.  Thanks.  Good to see and talk to you again.

Took it off my machine, too much annoyance with screen freezing and doing it in order only.  Too many good games around to bother with it. Have fun though and see you in another hints forum

GGP, are you referring to the fence post, dipping it in tar and that will become the black bat? Tried that and it didn't work  must i do something else to it??
